It all started in Portugal, in 2024
Since our inception, we have been guided by the mission to provide unconditional support to foreign patients living in Portugal who see healthcare in Portugal as a solution to their clinical cases. Guaranteeing high-quality support and follow-up in our public or private healthcare sector.

Hi! My name is Manuel Santos,
I’m a licensed nurse and I’m responsible for Stay Healthy.
I graduated from the School of Nursing in 2016 and have extensive hospital experience, having worked in oncology and intensive care.
From an early age I realized my vocation for home healthcare and formed Stay Healthy with the aim of having a team prepared to manage the entire health process of my patients and guarantee excellent health care at home, facilitating the entire bureaucratic process of scheduling appointments and exams, as well as the best medical and nursing advice 24 hours a day, in person or by telephone.
